@247cryptomoney can we do some chain analysis on MM? I noticed that one whale has $135,000 worth of MM. I wonder what their cost basis is, and if they are likely to dump at a certain price. These are things I would consider before loading up too much.

@englishmonkey to be clear, I don't see the UBI token as a buying opportunity, but I like the aims of the project, both in terms of creating a cryptographic online identity, and UBI adoption. I was also interested to learn recently that the Marshal Islands is launching a sovereign national digital currency that is related to Algorand and it has UBI built in. There is a programmed 4% inflation rate, 1% maintains the network and the remaining 3% is distributed evenly to each user.

@0xaca51f99558c29af070ca4848e2d162de93f85d2 I've been a big fan of UBI (the idea, not the token!) ever since I heard Andrew Yang explain it on a Sam Harris podcast. Be cool to achieve it with crypto. El Salvador's volcano powered btc mining might be onto something in this regard!

@englishmonkey I think it's a bug. The media it's using for Yang's tweet is just his profile picture. It should load a preview with Alex Svanevik's profile picture.

@sciwalker Web 3, DeFi, blockchain dominance is inevitable. In a few years, I think a large percentage of people will be using blockchain technologies with many not even realizing it. The question on my mind is what role Bitcoin will play in this future.

@sciwalker Yes definitely, logging in with an email exposes your email to the service provide, which is why we have spams and hacks.
Another point is that a wallet is ready for payment for services whereas an email is not.

@CryptoBackstage Nice vid! Think TL is pretty clever not to allow uploads at the moment to avoid the censorship issue. Perhaps it might even work this way at a larger scale - after all twitter and facebook kinda 'own' all the content you upload and we don't want that right?

@englishmonkey Yeah, good point! let them own the liability. I seen some pretty inappropriate post today on metafora. This is thing is really starting to form a life of it's own.
