@PG tube is good if you live north or the river or the inner boroughs. As for cycling 🚴‍♀️ if you have to haul tools around it’s impractical. I think the issue with the mayor is he thinks about all the London postcodes and forgets that there are people who live in the BR CR RM Postcodes. Plus this solution is in practical. The only way it would work is if you paid a set fee and was refunded when you MOT was done. 🤔 but by then you would have been stretched thin with rend council tax road tax utility bills and so on.
