Hi guys. I see the crap that a certain individual is posting on here that is not fit for kids. And his/her intention now falls in the category of malice as he/she has been warned several times in the past. @TL that blocking feature would be nice where if I block someone, I do not want to ever see that content. In the time being if you guys do not agree with this individual, do not respond to their post. Instead, create a separate thread like this one. That way their content does not move above the rank.
@JamesHuckle Yeah, sorry, this is just a clickbait example of what we should be providing as a community. I know individual members of the community have already been running things like this out of their own pocket, but ideally, this would be promoted from the top.
We also need rewards for any member adding value to the ecosystem (developers, etc). MM needs to become the currency that powers the entire community ecosystem before it can attempt to power others. Sitting on it and staking it only offers so much value for the rest of the community - it's lazy capitalism.
@DarthVader Firstly, it's because I don't have outreach as a single entity and even if I did I do not possess the economic scalability. This is why we do things TOGETHER as large teams and companies and not individuals.
Do you think companies would hire huge teams of marketing professionals/programers/financial managers if they thought each function could be satisfied by just a few individuals who would pay for their initiatives with their own means...trust me if they could remain competitive and do so, then they absolutely would, sadly, reality paints a different picture.
Also, show me a startup without a budget to grow and I will show you a dead company in 6-12 months.
Try and practice having a bigger mindset, because this is a fiercely competitive landscape and by relegating efforts to a minority of individuals you remove most of what makes communities (perhaps even humans themselves) so powerful!
@DarthVader If TL agrees to this (and we need his agreement as we are a team after all) and believes it is worth his time to promote, then I will be the first person to deposit MM into a treasury.
But let's be real, we have a 20% staking payout atm, that could easily be slashed to 10%, with the remaining going into a Treasury. It's a more elegant solution and importantly, far more professional and trustworthy.
@DarthVader It was not merely a small group of engineers that were responsible for SpaceX launching a rocket or Tesla building an electric car; it does in fact take a huge effort on all fronts, top-down, bottom-up, by nearly every member of the company (but almost always led from the top) to achieve success, and even then, the odds remain depressingly low.
@JamesHuckle This is either worth doing as a whole community (yes TL is part of that) or it's not worth doing at all - we have history to guide us on this.
@NFTDailyNews We want people from the US to be incentivized too because higher disposable incomes generally yield higher net investments. In fact, it's an exponential function, a country twice as rich would be expected to have 5x the amount invested into the stock market, for example. An economics lesson for you :D
@Cam_271 _easy one. follow TL`s vid. I am just curious whether at least u stake them. You do have a great wallet but potentially it can be more productive. U could for instance provide liquidity on fantom network. Piece of cake and ur MM`s will get u minimum dollar extra per day. Enjoy.
