It just requires some few basic features to start with.
A ledger account - ( not even required to be maintained onchain )
A settlement system - ( whenever a withdrawal is requested where the user pays for the gas fees )

@cryptofolyo Then a button to tip anyone. few settings when to display the tip button and when not to. few settings not to display the post if the post meets the criteria for mandatory tipping to view.
