Hey fellas of Metafora. Do you think gamification will become more standard in web 3 applications? I wonder about this because paying users for interacting with apps can be done more seamlessly with decentralized wallets.
@0x28bd22da90a884e1f7fd6bad50564bc1646707d2 I do not know. But the industry is going that way and gaming will not die. The crypto-gaming ecosystem might do well this year if the other sectors fail. And NFTs might not cool off either. But good point. Will have to watch.
@NFTDailyNews Caution: LPs are risky. Go in with a clear, consistent strategy. I don't recommend this product for the impulsive, the impatient, ppl with less than 3 years in cryptos, whiners, and/or complainers. Or if one can't stomach a 99% lose or rug pull please avoid. Also if you do not have 100% conviction in a project please avoid LPs. These products are used by mostly crypto degens and very sophisticated investors with several years of crypto experience.
@TL - Write an algorithm that personalizes metafora posts for each user, so each user will see different posts on the main page - similar to the "For you" videos on tiktok.
This allows users to see posts not only the most recent or only on the main page, but allows exposures and feedback for users posting at anytime.
Users will likely to post again if they keep getting likes/replies instead of having their posts hidden in the back with no exposure.
@M Yes or perhaps categories will help. Seems nobody is really using hashtags yet although perhaps there needs to be a 'trending' list to encourage people.
@M I agree and like the idea, but also think we need more adoption before it would be useful.
I keep looking for people that have issues with Twitter censorship and share Metafora with them.
In a laboratory, they get an unfertilised egg of an ovulating female and destroy all of its genes and chromosomes, then implant the nucleus of the donor cell, which could be taken from a blood sample or even a skin scraping. That cell with its genetic material intact eventually becomes an embryo and is born as a living creature without parents. It has no father because the egg was never fertilised, no mother because its genetic code comes from another being. The william's father created the girls in a laboratory.
