1- How to find the project's team?
2- How is this decentralized if at all?

It's half decentralized, as in anyone can build use cases on the token.

It can be viewed as somewhat centralised as TL is the owner

@Reprobus2 Thanks for the input. So it's basically a centralized app which is not yet registered as a company and doesn't collect user data. Is that correct?
