My idea of 1 to 1 blocking means that someone can just block another individual if they do not like what they are posting. Similar to FB's "blocking" function. This leaves them to post what they want to whoever wishes to see them.

should allow for full free speech. if someone posts nasty stuff that offends, have a 1 to 1 block function. Otherwise, we would all just use twitter or FB.
